Real Estate Law Terry Belt has spent 34 years working in the areas of Real Estate Law, including owning and operating several closing offices, consulting with Title Companies, and assisting in the financing of transactions.
Terry Belt represents both the joint ventures and the developers for large commercial tracts, as well as individuals buying and selling their homes. Terry Belt has also created and represented homeowner’s associations, for subdivisions, condominiums, and town homes. Terry Belt has also represented shopping centers and commercial tenants in drafting a common sense, easy to understand lease for commercial needs. Terry Belt, in the past, has been “of counsel” to the Austin Apartment Association, and has lectured for the Austin Apartment Association on the issues of landlord/tenant law. |
