Terry L. Belt graduated from the University of Texas as Austin’s Law School in 1972, and he received his undergraduate degree in accounting from the University of Texas in 1969. Since 1972 he has owned and operated a general law solo practitioner office in Austin, Texas, except for the two years when he moved his office to Geneva Switzerland and to Paris France.

Mr. Belt is licensed to practice law by the Supreme Court of Texas and is authorized to practice before the Supreme Court of the United States, as well as the Southern and Western Federal Court districts, and he is in good standing with the Texas Bar Association and the American Bar Association.

Mr. Belt has served as an officer and on the board of directors of the following organizations:
